This is definitely not typical, as we usually expect them to last 2 weeks. We would love the opportunity to help you resolve this. Here are some additional tips that might help: Double Cure: If the nail strip still feels soft after curing, try curing it for a second time. Dry Nails: Ensure your nails are completely dry before applying the strips. Proper Storage: Store unused strips in the black slip, as exposure to light and temperature changes can damage them. Sealing Technique: Use the wooden tool in a rolling motion to create a really good seal when applying. Fold file: To seal the tip of the nail well fold the excess strip over and file. (Our application videos cover this is more detail) Avoid Water: Try to avoid getting your nails wet for at least an hour after curing. Please reach out via email if you need further assistance.
