This is a well built product with a smooth range of motion and it is very easy to change the machines configuration to start your next exercise. The machine is easy to adjust both in terms of weight and changing pulley levels. The attachments are good quality and you can add other attachments to the easy fasten cables. Love this machine and it helped my to overcome a serious shoulder injury because of the different angles and weight to build the shoulder back up.
